➢ Patient Statements: Statements generated and mailed to patients for any co-pays or patient responsibilities not already collected.
➢ Aged A/R Recovery: We can follow-up on old claims that may still be collectible.
➢ Soft collections: We can send out statements on past due accounts and attempt to bring them up to date.
